Stephen Clemence
Oporto Sports is delighted represent Barrow AFC head coach, Stephen Clemence.
Stephen has totalled over 400 games as an assistant manager across the Premier League and Championship at Hull City, Aston Villa, Sheffield Wednesday, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion, achieving three promotions across his playing and coaching career. Stephen's Barrow role is his second as a head coach, following his recent spell with Gillingham in League 2.
Prior to coaching, Stephen began his career with Tottenham Hotspur, where he spent six years and was part of the 1999 League Cup winning squad. He was capped 25 times for England at under 16-21 level. He moved on to Birmingham City in 2003, where he was awarded player of the 2006/07 season, at the end of which he signed for Leicester City.
